Environmental profile
Each year, the company publishes an Environmental Impact Report, informing the public about its approach and the results achieved in health protection, occupational safety and environmental protection. Using quantified indicators, these reports monitor the company’s impact on every component of the environment and document developments from year to year.
The company’s fundamental principles in environmental protection and accident prevention are set out in the Integrated Quality, Environmental and Major Accident Prevention Policy and, above all, in the company’s own commitment to comply with applicable legislation.

Certification
Since 2006, we have maintained a certified integrated quality and environmental management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. It is also integrated with the pharmaceutical industry’s GMP quality management system and the major accident prevention system.
Responsible Care in the chemical industry
In 1997, the company’s Board of Directors reviewed and endorsed the codes of the Responsible Care programme. The company’s statutory representative signed a declaration committing to its principles. The company was first granted the right to use the RC logo in 1999 and successfully renewed its right to use the Responsible Care logo for the tenth time in 2024. As part of meeting the programme’s requirements, a Responsible Care Report is prepared annually, summarising the key indicators monitored under the programme.

Sustainable Development Award of the Association of the Chemical Industry of the Czech Republic
In 2017, we received the Sustainable Development Award of the Association of the Chemical Industry of the Czech Republic. The Association’s Board of Directors presents this award to member organisations whose activities contribute to environmental protection, occupational safety and health protection, support regional development and consistently meet the criteria of the Responsible Care programme.
Safety
The company treats occupational health and safety, fire safety and external protection as integral parts of its operations.
Accident prevention, fire prevention and the prevention of emergencies form the foundation of this approach. The accident frequency rate has remained below the national average over the long term. The company maintains resources and organises personnel to respond rapidly to adverse events such as fires or accidents.
Employees regularly practise the procedures for foreseeable adverse events and maintain their expertise at a high level.
