Responsibilities
- ensuring the end-to-end procurement process for chemical materials used in the manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients
- negotiating with suppliers and securing the best terms in terms of quality, price and logistics requirements
- liaising with public authorities to ensure continuity of supply
- preparing reports for management
- innovating and streamlining supply-chain processes
- optimising inventory in line with the production plan
- fostering a friendly team and collaborative atmosphere
- contributing to a modern and pleasant working environment
- leading a small team
Requirements
- university degree in chemistry
- experience in a pharmaceutical or chemical company in a similar role is welcomed
- English proficiency at B2 level is required
- attention to detail, a systematic approach, patience and a sense of detail
- advanced MS Office skills
- willingness to travel
- motivation to continue developing and learning
- time flexibility
